The Chaser
Wednesday, December 30, 2009 - Saturday, January 9, 2010
Kicked off the police force for taking bribes, Jung-ho (Kim Yoon-suk) is now a pimp who has a big problem on his hands: His girls keep disappearing without clearing their debts. One night, he gets a call from a client and sets up a meeting for one of his remaining girls. But as he flips through his notebook, he discovers that the customer’s cell number matches that of the client for the last girl who went missing. At first convinced another pimp has been poaching his call girls, he soon begins to suspect that they’ve become prey for a serial killer. And so, with a lazy and corrupt police department indifferent to his discovery, he sets off on a race against time to find the murderer before he can strike again.
