The Beaver Trilogy

Friday, May 2 - Saturday, May 3, 2025

“I was going through a pretty heavy Crispin Glover phase around 2002. The Beaver Trilogy was the one movie that I couldn’t track down. There was a guy online who had a copy but only accepted trades, and my vhs rarities were not that rare to a guy who had a copy of The Beaver Trilogy. I think I eventually traded my original copy of Rubin and Ed to seal the deal, after much internal struggle. Luckily, The Beaver Trilogy was everything I read about and more. Such a strange artifact of director Trent Harris’s compulsion to keep talking about the same thing over and over. I go in blind to most movies, but I think the backstory takes this one to another level.” – Joel Potrykus
