Antique
Monday, June 22 - Saturday, June 27, 2009
Four of Korea’s hunkiest young actors star in this musical about gay pastry chefs taken from the wildly popular manga series Antique Bakery. A genius pastry chef who happens to be “a gay of demonic charm” goes to work in the patisserie of a wealthy young lady-killer. They work out their differences, the audience gets treated to a snowstorm of powdered sugar, snow-white icing and pristine fondant, and there’s a series of child abductions that need to be solved along with the napoleons and lindzer torts that need to be baked.
