After being separated again from his long-suffering twin Duane (Kevin Van Hentenryck), Belial discovers that he’s going to be a deformed daddy. Soon enough, Mrs. Belial delivers a litter of bouncing baby monsters. But the blessed event turns into a nightmarish ordeal when the police kidnap the little critters . . . and Belial is out for revenge. From the ferociously fun creature effects to the gore-strewn climax, BASKET CASE 3 is a campy delight and a fitting conclusion to the finest underground horror franchise in history.
