Department Q: The Absent One
Friday, June 17 - Thursday, June 30, 2016
In 1994 two young twins were found brutally murdered in a summer cottage. Clues pointed toward a group of students from an elite, nearby boarding school, but the case was closed when a local man pleaded guilty and was convicted. When the dossier ends up at Department Q 20 years later, Carl and Assad quickly find themselves on an intense search for someone who seems to have vanished at the time of the murders—a woman whose testimony could threaten a cabal of wealthy, influential men.
