A slapstick epic about a frostbitten battle between Jean Kayak and diabolical beavers–hundreds of them–who stand between him and survival.  In this 19th century, supernatural winter epic, a drunken applejack salesman must go from zero to hero and become the greatest fur trapper by defeating hundreds ofbeavers.

Previously screened with a Q&A by director Mike Cheslik (NYU grad) and star Ryland Brickson Cole Tews at 7:00  p.m. and preceded by an extended introduction at 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28.  Star Ryland Brickson Cole Tews introduced the show on Thursday, February 29 at 9:30 p.m. Fan Appreciation Screening on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
