Queer/Art/Film: Summer of Resistance

Queer|Art|Film is excited to present a very special “Summer of Resistance,” in which we’ve invited activists and political based collectives to chose the films we screen. In a time of political upheaval, our guests are individuals who refuse to be silent and complacent, and instead are committed to organizing and creating change for the communities they serve.  For these four summer nights, we will use cinema as a jumping off point for lively post screening discussions that will challenge the way we see.  Most importantly, we will come together as a community and strengthen our resolve to act and give depth to our resistance.
